Lumi Hair — Returns & Refund Policy

At Lumi Hair, we pride ourselves on delivering premium, high-quality clip-in extensions designed to blend seamlessly and elevate your confidence.

Due to the nature of human hair extensions and hygiene regulations, we ask that you carefully review our return policy before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery provided that:

  • The extensions have not been removed from packaging, worn, altered, washed, toned or tampered with
  • The original zip tie/ security seam remains intact
  • The product remains in it's original packaging

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on extensions that have been removed from the security seal (white zip tie)

Shade Matching

We offer a complimentary shade match service to help you select the best colour.

While we take great care in recommending your match, colour perception can vary due to lighting and screen settings. We cannot guarantee an exact match.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on opened or worn products

If your item remains sealed and unused, you may return it for store credit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

Faulty Items

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order at:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

All claims are accessed individually

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
