Lumi hair is made from high quality, real human hair. With the right care your set will remain soft, luminous and long lasting. As with your own natural hair, proper care and handling will determine the lifespan of your set

• Always remove before sleeping, swimming or exercise
• Wash only when needed, using sulphate-free salon quality products
• Avoid heavy oils at the root seam
• Store neatly in a dry place between wears

Heat styling is safe — we recommend using heat protectant and avoid excessive temperatures to maintain longevity

For hygiene reasons, Lumi extensions must remain sealed and unused to be eligible for return. Please ensure the white security zip tie is not removed. Returns cannot be accepted if the seal has been tampered with or removed
